How VisRank breaks down your score

Common Questions
What does a VisRank score of 80–100 mean?
An excellent score means the site passes nearly all 41 checks: strong SEO fundamentals, AI-ready schema, secure headers, and correct local signals. Scores above 80 require deliberate AEO and security work — not just on-page SEO.
Why do large well-known sites often score 50 or below?
Large sites often score low on AEO (no structured data, pre-dates AI search) and Security (headers like CSP and HSTS must be configured manually). Traditional SEO tools do not flag these, so they go unfixed for years.
What is a typical score for a small business site?
Most sites without deliberate technical SEO score 35–55. Sites with basic SEO (meta tags, H1, HTTPS) but no schema or security headers typically score 45–60. Reaching 70+ requires addressing AEO and security systematically.
